Q: What is the return policy on these products?
A: We offer a 30-day (or one month) return policy for our products. This means that, for any reason, for the first thirty days after a purchase, you may refund the product. Note that this only applies for products bought directly from Animo, whether it be from our online store or at an Animo retail store. Products bought from other retailers of the Animo brand cannot be refunded through Animo. If you do return a product, make sure all of its respective parts and any official documents you receive upon purchase are sent back as well.
